HarvestMark Secures $10 Million in Series B Funding

Investment will Fuel Expanded Deployment of Food Traceability and Brand Protection Solutions

Trimble, Sunnyvale, CA - July 22, 2008 - HarvestMark, Inc., a leader in product traceability, authentication and marketing solutions, today announced that it has closed $10 million in Series B funding from Granite Ventures LLC and previous investors ATA Ventures and Thomvest Ventures. HarvestMark will use the financing to drive growth in existing customer initiatives, and expand business development, sales and marketing efforts to accelerate deployment of its traceability and brand protection solutions.
